Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Personalized items are final sales. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Eligibles for exchange items will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are manufacture damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lrrepublic.com
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanged.
Shipping cost related to exchanges must be paid by the customer.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.
For personalized items allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing and delivery. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
